141 27TH ST was increased to $998k. The offer date was yesterday and the price increase was today. Although it was increased by $360,500, it is still the lowest priced SFR in Noe (not including the off-market listing referenced below). Wow!
Scarcity, lack of inventory is definitely having an effect on Noe buyers. I anticipate brisk buying and overbidding on the lower end properties throughout the summer.
